ONE PAN LEMON HUMMUS CHICKEN AND SQUASH

July 9, 2018

We are no stranger to one pan things on the stove top. (A few favorites are lemon chicken angel hairjambalaya, and twenty minute sausage and tortellini.) But now I am getting off the stove top and doing one pan things in the oven with a baking sheet and it is going well.

Hummus and chicken! And squash! Because one pan meals are even better when they include an entree WITH a separate side.

I served it with sliced strawberries and from the feedback I got, people were all about the summer meal feel.
