CHOCOLATE LASAGNA

Ingredients
  • 9x13 pan of brownies
  • 3 cups chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 20 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
Instructions
  1. Allow brownies to cool.
  2. Spread pudding over brownies and chill in refrigerator overnight.
  3. The next day, whisk heavy cream in a stand mixer for 4-5 minutes.
  4. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
  5. Layer whipped cream on top of pudding.
  6. Top with crush chocolate sandwich cookies.
