COCONUT CUSTARD PIE (IN THE BLENDER!)

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ½ cup flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  3. Pour into a greased pie pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Top with fruit, chocolate, powdered sugar, or whatever!
