COCONUT CUSTARD PIE (IN THE BLENDER!)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ½ cup flour
- ½ cup butter
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth.
- Pour into a greased pie pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Top with fruit, chocolate, powdered sugar, or whatever!
