PUFF PASTRY BREADSTICKS

Ingredients
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • Rosemary
  • Dipping sauces (optional)
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Unfold pastry on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Whisk together egg white, water, and garlic salt. Spread evenly over pastries.
  4. Sprinkle rosemary on top of egg mixture.
  5. Slice with a pizza cutter into ¾ inch strips.
  6. Slightly separate strips from each other.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes.
