PUPPY CHOW COOKIES

Serves: 24 cookies
- 1 batch soft peanut butter cookies
- 1 and ½ cups semi sweetened chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup peanut butter
- ¼ cup butter
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- Microwave chocolate, peanut butter, and butter in a microwave safe bowl for 2 minutes. Stir together until smooth.
- Spread powdered sugar onto a plate or flat surface.
- Dip cooled peanut butter cookies into chocolate and spread to cover. Immediately coat with powdered sugar.
- Allow to harden at room temperature or slightly chilled.
