CINNAMON QUINOA PUDDING

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • Maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Bring milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and nutmeg to a boil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add quinoa. Reduce heat to simmer and cover for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Serve with maple syrup.
