PEANUT BUTTER STUFFED MARSHMALLOW BROWNIE BITES

Serves: 24 brownie bites
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- ⅓ cup evaporated milk
- 12 marshmallows, halved
- 24 peanut butter cups
- 2 cups thick chocolate frosting
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together cake mix, butter, and evaporated milk.
- Divide batter into a greased, mini muffin pan.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and press peanut butter cups into each brownie. Top with marshmallow.
- Bake for 2-3 more minutes.
- Allow to cool and top with frosting.
