"EVERYTHING BAGEL" HUMMUS

Serves: about 2 cups
- 2 cans white beans
- 6 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 head garlic, roasted
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Table water crackers or pita chips
- Pulse together white beans and garlic in a food processor, while streaming in olive and sesame oils. Continue to pulse until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, stir together, onion powder, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, garlic powder, sea salt and pepper.
- Fold seasoning into hummus and serve with pita chips or table water crackers.
