QUICK BAKED POTATOES

Ingredients
  • 4 russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt.
  3. Slice potatoes in half length-wise. Arrange on baking sheet, flat-side down.
  4. Coat with olive oil and season with additional salt.
  5. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
