SOFT BLUEBERRY MUFFINS

Ingredients
  • 3 and ½ cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ⅔ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups vanilla yogurt
  • 3 cups blueberries
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for blueberries together in a stand mixer. Fold in blueberries.
  3. Divide batter evenly in greased or lined muffin tin.
  4. Bake for 17-18 minutes.
