GOAT CHEESE & PISTACHIO CHEESE BALL

Serves: 3-4
- 8 ounces goat cheese
- 3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¾ cup pistachios, crushed
- Crackers
- Stir together goat cheese, bacon, garlic salt, and pepper.
- Form into a round ball.
- Spread crushed pistachios on a plate.
- Coat cheese ball in pistachios.
- Serve with crackers.
