HOW TO MAKE CREPES

Ingredients
  • ½ cup water
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • Butter
Instructions
  1. Pulse water, milk, flour, vanilla, and eggs in a blender until no lumps remain.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and coat lightly with butter.
  3. Pour ¼ cup of batter into pan and rotate until all of base is covered.
  4. Allow to cook until almost completely set, about 60 seconds. Flip and cook for about 10 more seconds.
  5. Remove from pan and line with parchment paper on a plate before serving.
