CAPRESE BITES WITH BASIL VINAIGRETTE

- 24 mozzarella balls
- 24 pepperoni slices (or salami)
- 12 cherry tomatoes, halved
- ⅓ cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- ΒΌ teaspoon garlic powder
- 18 basil leaves
- Salt & pepper
- Toothpicks
- Spear mozzarella, cherry tomato, and folded pepperoni on to tooth pick.
- In a food processor, add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, basil, and salt & pepper. Pulse until smooth.
- Drizzle basil vinaigrette over bites.
