SLOW COOKER HONEY MUSTARD BRISKET

Ingredients
  • 2 pound brisket
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire
  • ½ cup dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
Instructions
  1. Rub brisket with salt & pepper. Sear for 4-5 minutes on each side in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Make dijon mustard dressing by combining dijon mustard, honey, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, and salt & pepper.
  3. Cook brisket in slow cooker for 8 hours on low with beef broth, worcestershire, and dijon mustard dressing.
