SIMPLE KOREAN BEEF

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 6 green onions, sliced diagonally
  • 2 cucumber, diced
  • 2 carrots, shredded
  • Red pepper flake (optional)
  • Sesame seeds
  • White rice
Instructions
  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, lime juice, and garlic powder.
  2. Mix sauce into ground beef.
  3. Serve with white rice, green onions, cucumber, carrots, red pepper flake (optional), and sesame seeds.
