FILET OF FISH BURGERS

Ingredients
  • 2 tilapia filets, halved into squares
  • 2 tablespoons wheat flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ cup panko
  • 2 slices swiss cheese
  • 2 hamburger buns
  • 2 cups matchstick fries
  • Oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Tartar sauce (we don't like tartar sauce, but for a filet of fish burger... I have to at least mention it)
Instructions
  1. Coat filets in wheat flour and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Dip filets in egg and coat with panko.
  3. Cook in oil in a skillet over medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  4. Serve on buns and top with swiss cheese and fries.
