PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 and ½ cups brown sugar
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 1 and ¼ cups peanut butter
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 and ⅔ cups flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 and ½ teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips, melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Stir together butter, sugars, peanut butter, and vanilla until evenly distributed. Add eggs to mixture.
  3. In a separate bowl, stir together flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into peanut butter mixture. Add milk to mixture and mix until smooth.
  4. Transfer batter to a greased 9x13 baking pan.
  5. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool. Drizzle with melted white chocolate.
