ROMESCO SAUCE
- 12 ounces roasted red peppers
- ½ tomato
- 3 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup almonds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon paprika
- ¼ teaspoon parsley
- A dash of red pepper flake
- Place ingredients in food processor and pulse until smooth.
