SLOW COOKER ITALIAN CHICKEN
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 and ¼ cups italian dressing (about 12 ounces)
- 4 large white potatoes, quartered
- 6 carrots, sliced
- Parmesan, grated
- A dash of red pepper flake
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Place chicken breasts into slow cooker and pour in italian dressing. Place potatoes and carrots on top.
- Cook on high for 5-6 hours or low for 7-8 hours.
- Top with parmesan and a dash of red pepper flake.
