CAPRESE TORTELLINI PASTA SALAD
- ½ pound tortellini, cooked
- Balsamic dressing
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- 10 basil leaves, sliced
- 1 cup mozzarella pearls, or sliced mozzarella
- Salt & pepper
- Prepare tortellini according to package instructions.
- Toss cooked tortellini in balsamic dressing.
- Stir in cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella pearls.
- Season with salt & pepper.
