EXTRA SOFT OATMEAL CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
- 1 and ½ cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup butter, melted
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 egg
- 2 and ¼ cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a stand mixer, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add in butter, brown sugar, sugar, honey, vanilla, and egg and mix.
- Add oats and continue to mix. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Chill dough for 1-2 hours.
- Shape into 1 and ½ inch balls and arrange on a line baking sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes.
