HOMEMADE PASTA (A REALISTIC WAY)

Ingredients
  • 6 and ⅔ cup flour
  • 11 eggs
Instructions
  1. Mix together by hand or with a dough hook on a stand mixer. Roll out as thin as you can with a rolling pin. (I divide it into two batches or it's too big to manage).
  2. Make shapes. I use a pizza cutter to do spaghetti. Or you can make rectangles and then do a simple twist and pinch for bow ties.
  3. Boil in salted water for 2 minutes.
