THE HAM MY HUSBAND WANTS FOR EASTER EVERY YEAR
- 8 pounds boneless ham
- 8 ounces apricot preserves or marmalade
- ½ cup dijon mustard
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together apricot preserves, dijon mustard, brown sugar, and garlic powder. Pour glaze over ham(s) and wrap ham in aluminum foil.
- Bake hams on a baking sheet for 60 minutes.
