TOFFEE & COCONUT GRANOLA BARS

Ingredients
  • 1 and ¾ cups quick rolled oats
  • 1 cup Rice Krispies
  • ¼ cup coconut
  • ½ cup chocolate chunks
  • ½ cup toffee pieces
  • ⅓ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl until uniformly mixed throughout. Press mixture into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
  3. Bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow to cool and slice into bars.
