APPLE PIE OATMEAL (IN THE SLOW COOKER!)

Ingredients
  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 5 apples, cubed
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Fresh apples, diced
  • Granulated sugar
  • Cinnamon
  • Pecans, chopped
Instructions
  1. Place oats, apples, water, milk, maple syrup, vanilla, lemon juice, and salt in the slow cooker. Cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 4-6 hours, stirring hourly.
  2. Top with additional fresh apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and pecans.
