homemade mini corn dogs

Serves: 2-3
- 1 package hot dogs
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ cup corn meal
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup water
- Oil
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Meanwhile, mix flour, baking soda, salt, sugar, cornmeal, egg, and water.
- Slice hot dogs into 1.5-2 inch pieces and coat in breading. Place in hot oil and allow to fry for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer to paper towel and serve.
