OVEN ROASTED GREEN BEANS
- 1 pound green beans
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- On a lined baking sheet, toss green beans with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Arrange green beans in a single layer.
- Roast for 15 minutes. Top with grated parmesan.
