SLOW COOKER APPLESAUCE
- 16 apples (about five pounds)
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 2 lemons, juiced
- ⅔ cup brown sugar
- Peel apples and slice into quarters, removing core.
- Place in slow cooker and add in cinnamon, lemon juice, and brown sugar.
- Cook on low for 5-6 hours.
- Stir to break apart apples - as smooth or as chunky as you like.
