SLOW COOKER GARLIC PORK STIR FRY

Ingredients
  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 8 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup soy sauce
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
  1. Place tenderloins in slow cooker with garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and pepper.
  2. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Remove pork and shred. Return to slow cooker and cook for 30 more minutes.
  3. Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions. Serve pork over noodles, topped with green onion, chopped cashews, and cilantro.
