SLOW COOKER GARLIC PORK STIR FRY
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 8 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup soy sauce
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- Place tenderloins in slow cooker with garlic, soy sauce, brown sugar, lime juice, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, ginger, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Remove pork and shred. Return to slow cooker and cook for 30 more minutes.
- Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions. Serve pork over noodles, topped with green onion, chopped cashews, and cilantro.
