• 1 batch pizza dough
  • ½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup parmesan, grated
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
  • 3 eggs
  • Salt & pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Chives
  • Marinara sauce for dipping
  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Roll pizza dough out onto floured parchment to about ¾ inch thick. Brush crust lightly with olive oil. Arrange parmesan an mozzarella on top of dough in an even layer. Top with bacon crumbles. Crack each egg over toppings. Season with salt & pepper.
  3. Transfer parchment paper to baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your liking.
  4. Top with chives. Slice and serve with marinara as dipping sauce.
