BLUEBERRY WALNUT WHEAT MUFFINS

Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ cups whole wheat flour
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup berries
  • 1 cup walnuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Stir together dry ingredients. Incorporate eggs, honey, vanilla, oil, and milk.
  3. Fold berries and walnuts into batter until mixed throughout.
  4. Transfer batter into lined muffin pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
