BLUEBERRY WALNUT WHEAT MUFFINS
- 1 and ½ cups whole wheat flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup berries
- 1 cup walnuts
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Stir together dry ingredients. Incorporate eggs, honey, vanilla, oil, and milk.
- Fold berries and walnuts into batter until mixed throughout.
- Transfer batter into lined muffin pan and bake for 10-15 minutes.
