pear & brie cherry chipotle panini

Serves: 3-4
- 6 tablespoons cherry jam
- 1 chipotle pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
- 4 ciabatta rolls
- 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
- ¾ pound sliced deli turkey
- 1 pear, sliced
- ¾ cup spinach
- In a small bowl, mix together cherry jam, chopped chipotle, and adobo sauce. Slice ciabatta rolls and spread sauce on either both buns.
- Layer brie, turkey, pear, spinach, and more brie.
- Cook in panini maker until toasted, or in a skillet like grilled cheese. Slice in half and serve.
