pear & brie cherry chipotle panini
Serves: 3-4
  • 6 tablespoons cherry jam
  • 1 chipotle pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon adobo sauce
  • 4 ciabatta rolls
  • 4 ounces brie cheese, sliced
  • ¾ pound sliced deli turkey
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • ¾ cup spinach
  1. In a small bowl, mix together cherry jam, chopped chipotle, and adobo sauce. Slice ciabatta rolls and spread sauce on either both buns.
  2. Layer brie, turkey, pear, spinach, and more brie.
  3. Cook in panini maker until toasted, or in a skillet like grilled cheese. Slice in half and serve.
