Prepare gnocchi according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil and cook green beans 3-4 minutes, or until slightly tender.
Drain and season with pepper. In a large skillet, add gnocchi, pesto, and cream, stirring and cooking for 2-3 minutes. Top gnocchi with green beans and ricotta.
