ROASTED SPICED CARROTS
- 10 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chile powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Toss carrots in olive oil, garlic powder, chile powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Arrange carrots on a lined baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes.
