red roasted carrots

Ingredients
  • 8 carrots, peeled and sliced diagonally
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Arrange carrots in a single layer on a lined baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sesame oil.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together cinnamon, chili powder, paprika, salt, and garlic powder. Sprinkle seasoning over carrots.
  4. Roast for 20 minutes.
