sausage stuffed shells

- 12 ounces jumbo pasta shells
- 1 pound italian sausage
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 jar tomato sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Prepare jumbo shells according to package instructions. Set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage.
- Add garlic and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
- Stir ricotta and tomato sauce into sausage. Stuff shells with filling and arrange in a 9x13 baking dish.
- Sprinkle shells with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
