sausage stuffed shells

Ingredients
  • 12 ounces jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 pound italian sausage
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 jar tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella, shredded
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Prepare jumbo shells according to package instructions. Set aside.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown sausage.
  4. Add garlic and spinach and cook until spinach is wilted.
  5. Stir ricotta and tomato sauce into sausage. Stuff shells with filling and arrange in a 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shells with mozzarella cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
