peanut butter blondies

Serves: 18-24
- 10 tablespoons butter
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- One batch milk chocolate frosting (link above)
- Preheat to 325 degrees.
- Melt butter and sugar together in a skillet over medium heat. Remove from flame and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
- Stir peanut butter and vanilla into butter mixture. Allow to cool another 5 minutes.
- Crack eggs into skillet and stir well. In a separate bowl, stir together salt, flour, and baking powder.
- Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Transfer batter to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool and frost with milk chocolate frosting.
