peanut butter blondies
Serves: 18-24
  • 10 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • One batch milk chocolate frosting (link above)
  1. Preheat to 325 degrees.
  2. Melt butter and sugar together in a skillet over medium heat. Remove from flame and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
  3. Stir peanut butter and vanilla into butter mixture. Allow to cool another 5 minutes.
  4. Crack eggs into skillet and stir well. In a separate bowl, stir together salt, flour, and baking powder.
  5. Mix dry and wet ingredients together. Transfer batter to a greased 9x13 baking dish.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Allow to cool and frost with milk chocolate frosting.
