turkey chipotle burgers with nectarine basil salsa
Serves: 6 burgers
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 3 canned chipotles in adobo sauce, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • Nectarine Basil Salsa (link above)
  • Avocado
  • Salt & pepper
  • Hamburger buns
  1. Mix ground turkey, garlic, chipotles, chili powder, and salt & pepper together with hands.
  2. Form into 6 patties.
  3. Cook or grill over medium heat until no pink remains.
  4. Spread with avocado and top with nectarine basil salsa on buns.
