Is this perhaps the most revolutionary thing I’ve ever made?I remember the first time I had puppy chow. My eyes were opened. I felt I had never lived before. I could see new colors. I continue to relish crossing paths with the Chow. Every time I taste it, I recall it’s perfect, sweet crunch. Now a new era has dawned, the era of the cookie. Will this cause me to eat more or less of it, I’m not sure. In the one sense, I can eat a whole bowl of the cereal version and have felt like I just had a nibble.
In another way, eating a cookie is a large, more efficient vessel to get peanut butter and powdered sugar into my mouth. We may never know, but if you’ve ever loved puppy chow – this one goes out to you.
