Well, I ate 3 of these today. So let’s just say I had it for breakfast, brunch, and lunch.

APPLE & BRIE PASTRIES from Rachel Schultz

APPLE & BRIE PASTRIES
Makes 8 pastries

2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
1 apple
4 ounces brie
1 egg
Cinnamon sugar

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice apples into very slices. Cut pastry into four squares and divide brie into four equally sized pieces.

Add cheese and apple to the center of pastry square. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Whisk egg and use to seal pastry corners.Arrange on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
