Goat Cheese & Pistachio Cheese Ball

March 11, 2014

Cheese balls can feel really fancy, but they take seriously no time flat to make. BUT THEY ARE SO FESTIVE! It’s a missed opportunity that I do not do them as much as I could on holidays. If you don’t mind splurging for a couple ingredients, this is a great thing to bring to a party or put out first when you’re hosting something that wants to feel a tiny bit swanky. I think people also enjoy the interaction to eat them as well. This one comes to us with goat cheese and pistachios.
