ONE POT QUINOA TURKEY CHILI

July 2, 2018

This is one of those tried and true weeknight dinners that I absolutely love. It is a lightened up, more healthy feeling chili that I think chili-purists would still approve of.

And it is a one-pot-wonder which is my favorite when I do not particularly feel like I have time for washing dishes.

We like it with corn tortilla chips. And also I need to mention this sweet cornbread that is a popular recipe on the blog and a delightful companion for chilis.
