CRESCENT ROLL BAKED BRIE

March 12, 2013

While you’re eating this you will find yourself feeling a bit royal. It’s totally fit for a king. But takes less than fifteen minutes from start to finish to make. Intrigued? I think you will love it. (Between the two of us, David and I ate the whole thing.) I continue to love this one through the years. To me it’s a recipe that often comes to mind when I want something that feels quite special. Often at christmas! I think it’s so yummy.

Made it with orange marmalade and sprinkled some pecans in there as well. Super delish and my kids loved it.

I make this with apricot jam and brown sugar. It is awesome. And I trim the rind, I find it tastes better and not bitter. It is also good with pepper jelly.

can this crescent roll baked brie be prepared the day before baking it?

  • sarah

Do you cut off the rind?

    • Anonymous

The rind is edible so it doesn’t have to be removed

  • Also I rated this five star but when I hit submit on my tablet it somehow was moved to four…but it is DEFINITELY five. =)

  • This looks incredible.. I have also seen it with apricot jam which I think would work equally as well. I would never think to put strawberry jam with it! Thanks :)
