CAPRESE TORTELLINI PASTA SALAD

October 6, 2016

Next bridal or baby shower I am hosting, I am making this. It is quick and only a handful of ingredients, but feels a bit more special than a typical pasta salad you met set out for a party. Or, we sometimes add shredded chicken and have it as a dinner.

For a quick note on basil, I have completely abandoned slicing it. So often my knife bruises or browns the leaves, I have found torn pieces take only a second and make the final dish feel fresher too.
