What is it about the simple deliciousness of snickerdoodles? Snickerdoodles = happy, sweet treat feelings. A caramel center is the perfect remix to this classic cookie. And rolos are just the way to do it. This is the littlest effort ever required for a quite fanciful cookie. I like my snickerdoodles a bit stout. Not really thing and wide. More of a husky little bordering on truffle thing. That is only even more helpful on this because it helps the rolo not ooze out and burn.
