BRUSCHETTA DIP

June 9, 2016

There are some foods that kind of just are summer. For me a few are strawberry shortcake, s’mores, peaches, popsicles, kabobs. And as included in this dip, basil. That smell of fresh basil – so totally summer.

This recipe was buried in the blog archives from a while back when my girl Jenny shared with me. It needed to be re-vamped and brought to the forefront. Best part about it? Less than 8 ingredients and really just plain good.
